Refund Policy: Payments made for services provided by the Company are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. In cases where payment has been made but the service has not yet been provided, refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances, such as extreme or unforeseeable situations, which will be assessed and determined solely at the discretion of the Company. For service packages containing multiple sessions, no refunds will be provided for remaining or unused sessions, except in the presence of extreme circumstances, as determined by the Company.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@ebaluxe.com providing all relevant details and circumstances for consideration. If a refund is granted, any associated costs of processing or issuing the refund may be deducted from the refunded amount. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties involved. By making a payment to the Company, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy without exception. Thank you for respecting it all and for your understanding!
