With open communication you are not interacting with others from your emotional self, but you are rather using your conscious understanding of life and business.

 

When you are speaking and interacting from your conscious energy, mind and heart, your flow changes, you radiate differently and also responses from others change. Conscious communication is not judgemental, but is very clear. It is not forceful, but opens many doors. It is built on honoring yourself and other ones. It is respectful, but holds its ground. It is built on dignity and self worth, while also valuing others.
